Yesterday evening after spending several hours with my sick daughter at urgent care. We were sent to CVS in National City, being open 24/7 to pick up her prescriptions. We were assisted by Ms. Nilou absolutely a professional ,helpful and caring employee. As we waited for medications , I witnessed how outstandingly great and professional she assisted all customers. Great employees should always be recognized. Thank you!

I went in the store straight to the pharmacy between 1:30-2:30 PM on Thursday. It took me 40+ minutes to pick up my prescription. The line was long and there were 4 windows but only 1 window was open. Customers in line were all complaining about how they can just have one person/window working when they can clearly see how long the line is.
