Rude and short with me, I am barely in my mid 20s and deal with chronic kidney disease, I use the CVS app for all my medications so that I don’t take up pharmacy time, but this time it didn’t work and the one time I call im treated like a bother and don’t know anything. I am always kind to those who service and help me, I didn’t deserve to be treated that way.
