As someone who has worked in and around the medical field I tend to give more grace than most. I understand how busy and overwhelmed a Pharmacy might be and how stressful that can make staff. I also understand that being understaffed doesn’t make those issues any easier. However, hanging up on clients, making clients wait on hold for long periods of time (conveniently until your lunch hour), and being completely unaware of what it is you have in stock/stocking issues in general is completely unacceptable. I very rarely air my grievances about companies especially online but this is ridiculous and there needs to be a change. I’m lucky enough that my medications aren’t for keeping me alive but what about your hundreds of other clients that do need medication to continue living? Is it okay that they aren’t receiving appropriate care? I don’t think so. Do better, no Be Better.
