Just got my Covid and Flu shots at CVS on Aliso Creek Pkwy. Interfaced with Kim at the pharmacy and she is fantastic. Funny and professional and very, very efficient. Great experience.

Attitudes from employees for slow service: The phone message system texted me that my medication was ready. When I called before picking up (4:00 pm) they said that it should be ready to pick up in 20 mins. I called back at 5:30 to confirm pick up, and they placed me on hold for ever....I drove over (still on hold) at 6pm to pick up, but suprisingly my medication wasn't ready!! They asked me to wait another 15 mins and later announce my meds are ready. The attendant begins to argue with me because I complained about the service, they begin to defend their position and now I have both cashiers arguing saying how they are "closing soon", "we are busy", and that I "didn't wait that LONG".

The pharmacists and techs were so helpful and always take good care of us.
