The wait to pick up a RX are way too long! I’ve been there 6 times to pick up a readied RX.

It’s a terrible experience. Can refills be mailed ?

I’ve been using this pharmacy since August and I’ve never had any challenges. They have worked with me to get insurance approvals and rarely wait longer than a minute or two. I’m a little confused by the 1 start reviews.

This CVS is grossly understaffed and has been for some time. It also suffering from supply chain issues, many shelves are sparse or empty.
