I've been coming here on and off for years. I can say honestly there are good people there. But it just seems like there is always an extremely long wait, frustration and constant uneasiness behind the counter. I'm always left shaking my head leaving this pharmacy.

This CVS on Melrose has now just stooped to the traditional low of having a security guard that is literally walking the isles stalking customers as if he can prejudge who is a suspect of shoplifting from this store. It was actually embarrassing and disturbing all at the same time to see someone shamelessly stalking while someone is shopping in this store. I'll be posting several follow ups to this post because that kind of thing shouldn't be tolerated.
