We have been dealing with a childhood disorder for about 4 years now and in that time I have not met a pharmacist that goes out of their way for others like Jennifer. I think most of the employees here are great I just know personally what Jennifer has done for us to make sure my son got his meds on time and the kindness she has always shown. We will forever be faithful to this place.

Terrible system. If you need to contact this pharmacy you will never get a call back nor a person on the phone, it only allows Voicemail, the AI system cannot understand the voice or number system so it always says "I think you said...." even when dialing the answer. Shotty service here, I would recommend any other pharmacy in Spokane.

Love love love this pharmacy!! Staff is always fast and efficient and they treat you like family. Never had an issue here and that’s crazy to think about considering how many hoops and third parties there are between your doctor and the pharmacy. Pharmacist, Jennifer , is such a sweetheart! Ever since I started using them for my prescriptions she would spend so much time with me making sure all of my questions were answered (trust me, there was ALOT) and would go above and beyond by explaining the medication, how to use it properly, when I would see results, medication interactions, precautions, and even made sure I was up to date with doctor appointments!! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and she’s so educated and good at what she does. I hardly see any people back there (2 at most but I do come close to closing) and they’re still working their butts off and handling the low staffing well. Only time I’ve seen a line of people is right after lunch (thats inevitable) which is another shock! As a pharmacy technician who works for an agency I have been to manyyyy pharmacies and this one beats the cake! Always an inspiration to me seeing how hard you guys work and how dedicated you are to other’s wellness. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you.
