Staff is rude and completely unhelpful. Had an issue I was trying to get resolved and it was obvious the mistake was made by CVS. The staff person, I believe her name was Kim, was not at all helpful and spoke to me like I was an idiot. She used a fake, too polite voice in a way that definitely sent the message that she couldn't care less about customer service or her job. The problem eventually was resolved but took me many phone calls and I had to tell them how to fix it. They tried to say, there was nothing they could do and she even said, "well, I don't know what to tell you" when the issue was clearly their mistake. I will be changing pharmacies and probably filing a formal complaint with the corporate.

10-20 minute hold times to speak with anyone! Then 60%of the time they don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for 3 days! Very inconvenient and quite frankly could be dangerous. People need their medications in a timely manner. I’m ready to change my pharmacy.

I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm dirt beneath anyone's feet! I deserve RESPECT. CVS needs to teach employees to RESPECT customers!
