Horrible customer service at this location. I was told it would be a one hour wait for a single dropped off prescription and I let them know I would be sitting down waiting. They never cared to let me know the prescription was filled. When I checked with them again, they pulled my prescription out of a bin. It had already been completed but they didn’t care to notify me as I waited in the seating area nearby.
Before this pharmacy switched to CVS, it was great. The pharmacy techs would even remember me by name. Now they just seem overworked and don’t seem to care about customer service.
This pharmacy NEVER has my prescription ready. I ordered a refill on my medication at 11:30 am today and it was estimated to be done at 7:00 pm. It didn’t even get filled today. The people who work here won’t fill your meds unless you go ask for them and get the “oh sorry they’re not ready yet” THEN they’ll fill it. I shouldn’t have to ask you twice, just do it when you get the refill.
This is so irresponsible. People rely on you guys to get very important medications, you can’t just NOT fill them until they ask you twice.
