Received quick and accurate prescription refills

I have been getting all of my prescriptions here for a year now but even though I get a call or text saying my prescription is ready when I get to the location it is never been ready and I still have to wait. The people of been nice and apologize but I don't understand how they can tell me it's done when it hasn't even been started yet especially since I've had the prescription for over a day
