Had an emergency late last night and for some reason the 24-hour CVS on Beach and Garfield in HB decided that they would close until 6 am. I then proceeded to the Newport Beach location.
Everything was fine until I got to the checkout line, at which time the employee at the register was having a personal conversation with a gentleman who had a German Shepard on a leash and referred me to the self checkout.
I feel like my bag should have been free for that rudeness. Very sad commentary on customer service these days or at least what's left of it!
I accidentally posted this to the photo department but I was not in the photo section or at that counter. I was at check out by the entrance/exit of the store.
