Passport Photo Experience.
The employee wasn’t nice or polite. I understand that one person is serving both, cash register and photo center, but if photo service isn’t good quality or experience, why offer them!?
My pictures turned out blurry, because it was taken in a DARK area with camera’s flashlight on. No additional lighting at all.
Felt extremely rushed throughout the process, asked to see pictures (on camera), but instead the employee uploaded them to the computer immediately and said: “You will see them”.
So I had to ask her to retake the photo. And she started asking why. Well, because I want to have a nice photo for my passport, not just any!? And at the end, I could’ve taken much better quality at home by myself.
I won’t be able to use these photos, because the quality is disappointing.
Plus, the employee mentioned that I needed to take off my earrings and have my ears fully open, but she didn’t even check if my ears were open. I mentioned that once I got home. On the picture only one ear is visible.
Attaching 2 pictures for quality comparison. Mine is CVS, and another one is Walgreens next to each other. You can see how my hair and contours are blurry vs the Walgreens one is clear.
Not worth your time and $18.72 for 2 blurry photos that you will need to retake.
