I am writing this review based on an interaction I had with an employee at the checkout. I was visiting Seattle and not used to the lack of restrooms in businesses in the downtown area. After a looooooong day of driving, I was in need of some medicine. I chose CVS as they are typically very clean and inviting. While checking out, I asked if there was a restroom, and I was told no. My frustration grew extremely quick, and I lost it on the cashier. Despite how mean and degrading I was, he held his composure and continued to act in a kind and professional manner. Unfortunately, I am not from Seattle and will not have the opportunity to apologize for how I treated this gentleman, though I am a firm believer in Karma and hope that good things will come to him for being the kind human that he is.
As for the store, I leave you with 2 stars as I feel it is ridiculous to not provide a restroom for patrons and paying customers.
