All around good experience with the store and pharmacy. I had a couple horrible experiences with Walgreens pharmacy and will never go back. This was night and day- easy, pleasant and fast. They filled my medications in less than an hour and the line was short. I also find that they tend to have meditations that are out of stock at other locations. Even when I call, I’m quickly able to reach the pharmacist. Cashiers for the store were also very helpful and no line there either.

Staff have been truly great.
Their service is 5 stars — they solve problems, greet you, seem to be authentic, good humans.
I think they are short-staffed in the pharmacy which is a management issue.
I hate the new maze of telephone prompts when you call (again, management issue).
App is pretty good but if you have a med on hold there is no way to unhold it except coming in person or calling and going through the phone maze.
Also, one of the meds I had delivered never arrived, two weeks later. I called and they will have it ready for me to pick up tomorrow.
Again, five stars for the staff there!

Super negative experience with management and team member tonight :( I frequent this CVS location at Middlefield for my needs. I haven’t felt the need to give a review - until tonight. I came in, got my items, and was going to check out promptly before noticing there was only one team member on the floor and not at the registers. So, I went to the self-help registers to check out. I finished my first transaction and was having difficulty adding in my coupon to my final transaction. No problem. I now saw the team member helping another customer at the regular register so I pressed the little button for help. I approached her and let her know my coupon was inserted into the coupon holder but didn’t scan correctly. She told me she didn’t have the keys to open the coupon box and couldn’t help me but her manager was upstairs. I asked if she could call her manager. His name is Zahir I believe. He was already on his way down and opened up the coupon box, gave me my coupon back and told me the initial team member could check me out at the regular register. I turn around and her register has the sign up that says she’s closed and she walks by us with a basket of items to put back. Her manager Zahir asks her if she can help check me out and she says “in a minute” I then ask Zahir if he can please check me out for my final transaction. He tells me “I need to do something else”. bruh At that point, I’m pretty irritated and leave my final items there and walk out. I work customer service too and am familiar when there’s problems you provide solutions to your customers. Especially as a manager. I would never tell a customer you have something else to do because 1. it’s a part of your many roles as manager 2. It’s just unnecessary. Don’t expect anyone at this location to want to help you if you bother asking for help.
