I will never return to this place, they have two people in the pharmacy, one Asian and the other Caucasian, when I asked them about Covid 19 tests, they answered me very rudely, they are very despotic people, they responded like this because I insisted that they could help me or tell where I could go to get what I needed.

Always good deals there and good products. Everything is behind locked cabinets, though.So it's a bit of a problem to try to get some things.

The staff of the pharmacy could not possibly be worse, from the unhelpful pharmacists to the really stupid cashiers in the pharmacy department who keep their phones by their side, and don’t pay attention to the customer in front of them. I nearly exploded at yesterday’s ridiculously disinterested clerk. She asked my simple name 3 times because she was looking at her phone. I know people need jobs, but jobs require attention to their expected work. These people are horrible employees. An example of pharmacist “neglect” is the last time I needed a new prescription, I asked about side effects/ drug interactions. The response was “it’s for your heart”. If CVS scratches the bottom of a moldy barrel for their Alameda staff…good job…you got the scum!
