I walked in to get something really quick, the door was open and some lady came charging at me telling me they were closed because the system was down. She asked how I got in and I told her the door was open she told me that I was lying and that I forced the door open. I tried to tell her that there was another customer in the store and that there was an employee outside cleaning the parking lot and maybe that's how the door was open she preceeded to scream at me. I the told her she was rude and needed additional customer service training. Everytime I go into this store they are extremely rude.

Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and Linda came over to "assist" me. The lack of disrespect and her poor managerial skills are just enough to have this customer go elsewhere. I will never touch foot in this store again! She was rude, condescending, and mean! I'm in my 40s and she made me feel like I was 5 years old again.

Went for a simple green dot Refill and RON the cashier was very rude and refused to re-scan my bar code to deposit money. I had to drive to another CVS to refill my card. Never have I had a problem with depositing until Today. Not to mention when I arrived at the second location store was closed. I had to wait until the next day. I Have filed a claim with the BBB. This is ridiculous. All because I'm Hispanic.
