I never thought I would feel the need to leave a review for this CVS store where I have been visiting for 2 years, but here we go.
An Asian store employee who checked out my items were extremely rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. We are talking about loudly yawning while slurring words out like a child, yelling “WHAT” in my face and cutting me off, and passive aggressively commenting “it’s a YES or NO question” while I was selecting my receipt option on the screen. Checking out 3 items at a store is brief experience that takes less than 3 minutes, and yet somehow this woman found every possible way to upset the customer. Sure, I understand folks are looking forward to going home when there are only 20 minutes left of their shift, but I really think there is no need to be shoving so much attitude and animosity in customers’ faces. If your store really cares about what you do, do better.
I was too unimpressed to remember this woman’s name but feel free to find out who she is on Tuesday, September 26 during 8:35-8:45PM. According to my receipt, this was Denise.
