Went in for prescriptions and to purchase some sundries. I had a return from a previous purchase but lost my receipt. I have a club card used to purchase product as well as credit card used to purchase product. I was told no refund without receipt. I told them I was willing to take store credit and I had my id with me to run thru . I was still told no! I asked to speak to a manager. Manager called register by phone and told cashier no. Rude employees, especially rude manager! They have lost my business including prescriptions in pharmacy. Avoid this store at all cost!

DO. NOT. USE THEIR ONLINE ORDER/IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICE!!!! If you aren’t able to pick it up within their short time frame, they will charge you instead of refunding it back. Clearly they don’t check for ID confirmation so anyone can walk in and get your items. OR what the manager told me is they “accidentally” entered that the order was picked up when it passed the timeframe. Why is that my fault and why then am I being charged? At first they couldn’t find my order and had me call thr CVS customer service center who said it was an in-store issue. Called the store again who magically found my order and hung up the phone saying she’ll get it refunded. It’s been almost 3 weeks and still nothing.

Karla was very helpful and even wen out of her way to assist, even though she was understaffed. She was very helpful and the main reason I will keep coming back!
