I recently had a very disappointing experience at this CVS Pharmacy. Despite their reputation, the service I received was far below acceptable standards. The staff was notably rude during my visit, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy that was both surprising and upsetting. What compounded my frustration was the misleading information regarding the availability of my medication. I was initially told it was in stock, only to later find out that it wasn’t. This not only caused inconvenience but also added unnecessary stress to my day. The lack of empathy and proper communication from the staff at CVS Pharmacy was disheartening. I hope they improve their customer service and communication in the future
