Store is okay but main issue is not allowing desperate folks to use their washroom. I know they don’t have to, but I was with a child and there are enough CVS around that everyone shops at one sometime - such that when you need them they should be there for you with customer courtesy. People aren’t randomly taking time out of sightseeing to run with small kids looking for washrooms; have a little consideration and respect for customers.

I am outraged by the lack of respect and empathy I experienced at CVS. As a person with Crohn's Disease and an identification card indicating my condition, I was rudely denied access to the bathroom. I was treated disrespectfully and escorted out of the store. I demand an apology and immediate corrective actions from CVS to ensure respectful treatment of customers with urgent health needs.
