Wow Mary from this store and well everyone here is awesome. I had issues with my photo orders due to the printer and Mary went above and beyond trying to make it right got on the phone with Kodak did so much all I have to say is she's a great asset she also milti-tasked assisted everyone on this busy day. And I just have to say Thank you Mary. I left happy got my cards. They are all great Love this store

John the store manager is straight rude. Does not know how to speak to customers. Is unwilling to help. Rude to his employees and worst of all to customers. He has a face that he does not want to be there. John - do everyone a favor and just leave if you truly don't like your job.

As you can see from many other reviews, this location is absolutely awful. I’ve sadly gone here for years due to its proximity to my home. If you can avoid this location, please do. The staff is awful, lacks empathy, has no customer service training, and is totally unpleasant to be around. If that wasn’t bad enough, I’ve had nothing but issues - prescriptions suddenly disappearing, telling me things are there over the phone, but not when I arrive, etc. My most recent debacle was not giving us a fully approved prescription because the pharmacist was at lunch, even though my wife was writhing in pain from giving birth. Just stay away at all costs, horrible experiences consistently for years is all I’ve had here.
