This store, and specifically the photo department, has THE WORST customer service!!! I ordered prints online, never received any notification, and when I finally called to check the status, the staff AND store manager were so rude and impatient and obviously in a rush to hang up the phone on me! Turns out their printer is down, and yet I was treated as if I am the cause of all their problems! I was instructed to call an 800 number to request a refund. Now who's got time to be on the phone with an 800 number, waiting to be connected to a live person, and then be expected to explain to some overseas rep that the local store has issues with their printer, can I please have a refund? Ugh... Maybe not all CVS stores will be this horrible, but trust me, DO NOT use this store for photo service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

The employees are very nice and friendly, especially Helen she always can help with with all your concerns and questions.
