Let me just say I come here pretty often for little things since it's so close by. For the most part everyone is busy working and very focused and serious, not that anything is wrong with that but its in and out for me with as little interaction as possible, yesterday was different. I was met at check out by a very energetic and vibrant worker. He was very nice and so helpful he patiently waited while I looked for change and even offered to use my coupon and set my items aside while I went back for another item. You need more workers like Bronson with his energy and smile I left in such a good mood happy I took my business here and grateful he helped me.

Horrible pharmacy customer service. The female physician anahit was rude on the phone and even ruder in person. Even to laugh at me when I had a simple question. Her responses were short cold and disrespectful. Go to this pharmacy if you like bad customer service!

My mother was just discharged from the hospital with congestive heart failure, pneumonia and atrial fibrillation. They sent her prescription to this CVS. The pharmacist deliberately withheld medication, my mother's next dose was in an hour. She refused to fill the prescription. At first she said the hospital did not send the prescription. Sildenafil for congestive heart failure, she said was not approved by the FDA. A simple Google search proved otherwise. We asked for Lanoxin or Digoxin (which sildenafil is a substitute for), she had no knowledge of these drugs or that it is used to treat CHF. This is life saving medication for my mother. She then said it was not covered by insurance. CHF medication is covered by insurance. We had our discharge papers from the hospital with the list of medications and her doctor sent the prescriptions directly to them. We needed to give the next dose soon so we paid. To which she asked if we had any money. This is malicious. I pray she gains knowledge of the products she dispenses, kindness to treat customers with the respect they deserve and awareness of how her words and actions affect people.
