This pharmacy location is terrible. New to the area (6 months) but have been using CVS for refills on a monthly basis for four years. This particular location is simply terrible at refilling and managing my medicine. On several occasions I've had issues with not having my refills ready on time. No amount of direct calling ahead of time or using the website has helped them get things right. I am on my fourth trip here in the last three weeks and I'm still going home without all of my medicines refilled. "That will be ready by 2pm." Means absolutely nothing. And it shouldn't take six business days to refill HCTZ.

I've given this place plenty of opportunities to get it together. I will be moving to another location. I heard Costco is good.
