Not told that I had no refills when I called in for a prescription refill. Was told it would be ready by 3:00 pm. Went to pick it up more than 10 days later. First person told me I had no refills. Neil the pharmacist told me they not only were out of stock and had to order it but that I had refills available (complete contradiction). I asked the Pharmacist Neil to report my complaint on the broken refill system and for a copy of his correspondence to CVS. He said he could not copy me on it because it was internal only.
Refill call in system will stay broken.

CVS deployed a garbage automated interactive voice response telephony system for prescription refills and none of my prescriptions are fulfilled by the promised time. In fact, their employees acknowledged they can't fulfill the orders using the system...so why use it? Aside from this fact, the employees (not the pharmacists) are rude and hard to understand. Some are too literal and can't use common sense or simple street logic (ex: "you're one day too early for the refill, even though you're traveling for two weeks, and I can't reduce the quantity by 1), others appear unhappy with their job. The pharmacists are better; they try to at least exercise patience but the strain shows. What's going with this CVS is a mystery but corporate needs to resolve these issues.
