This review is for the pharmacy itself only..
This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Unfortunately, we have to keep returning for my stepsons monthly medication due to insurance. Every single time they take longer than the time they say to fill a prescription, much longer. Yet AGAIN, this happened yesterday and with living out of the area, we decided that dad would just pick up the prescription the next morning on the way to take my stepson to school since his school is in the same area as the pharmacy.
So, my husband gets there at 8:00 when they open and was it ready? NOPE. Yesterday early afternoon they said it would be ready in an hour. Which in turn made my stepson late for school because they didn’t have it ready until after 8:30. Again, it was supposed to be ready yesterday mid afternoon.
If this were the only time that they’ve taken FOREVER to fill a prescription, and have been inaccurate on their time frame of when it would be ready.. I would for sure not be writing this review. But it is an every single month thing with his prescription and has happened every single time I’ve had to have a prescription filled there in the last couple of years.
Not to mention, there’s only been about two times in the last few years that I’ve had decent customer service at this locations pharmacy. And I’ve been there probably close to 20 times, maybe more in that time span.
This was the final straw though, I’ve filed a complaint with corporate and will absolutely follow up on it.
This review applies only to the pharmacy itself, I’ve had great experiences with the staff at the front of the store.
Money order machine consistently down whenever I attempt to get one from here. The Store Manager is very kind and the normal cashier with silver hair and glasses is always so lovely, but the other employees lack compassion when dealing with customers. After attempting to process my money order multiple times the manager on duty came over and said, "its not working. I'll have to reset it. Its going to take a while," and simply shrugged. Comes off as unsympathetic, she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience she acted as if she just wanted me to get out of line asap. Unfortunate because the other employees and manager are really great.
