This CVS started off good but suddenly took a nose dive in service. Today was the last straw. I had a prescription sent for the covid medication. The person picking the meds up for me was told they may get some Monday. When i called the person who answered told me I could call other cvs stores and get it there. Knowing what the medicine is for and the fact their machine can tell them which of their stores has it in stock, to simply laugh and tell me to call myself is rude and unacceptable.
Sadly this person is the same one who told me I couldn't pick up one of my meds until the next month even though i had a refill scheduled, went the next day talked to someone competent and got my medication.
Needless to say I'm moving my stuff to Walgreens or Rite Aid
As I entered the CVS Pharmacy I was immediately greeted by the Cashier as I went to locate the items I was looking for, not knowing how to use the gift card and medical card I received from my insurance her name was Katherine, she was fantastic I was so happy that she assisted me from start to finish and really made my day !! With someone with her costumer skills she could run her own store she took care of me.
