I’ve had nothing both but positive experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacists and pharmacy staff have always been more than helpful, even with complicated issues and my patient requests. I highly recommend them except for their slightly higher prices. Walgreens is cheaper but I’ve sometimes used Good Rx coupons instead of them billing my horrible Medicare insurance. If you have a set co pay with your insurance, no problem. I dislike the Walgreens on Geary and 17th which is closer to me because of the riff raff that hangs out there.
This is an updated review: The customer service at the pharmacy has deteriorated immensely. There are new staff who don’t know how to use their EHR program properly and are also not very friendly. They are also short staffed so I can’t begrudge them entirely. The phone is ringing non stop and they have to multi task too much. It’s a stressful environment and they need more help.
