Every single time I come to pick up my prescriptions that they say is “ready for pick up” we are sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes to an hour. Seriously get your prescriptions sent somewhere else. At this point they should just shut down the drive thru 🙄

They would send you text messages and emails that your prescription is ready but they won’t have it when you try to pick it up. So stupid. And good luck trying to get them to answer a phone call. On hold for 20+ minutes. Just a trashy pharmacy and wish there was a better pharmacy near my house. This place needs to close down.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I wasn’t even there to fill a prescription, just wanted to use my insurance to purchase at-home rapid tests. I was sixth in line and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before it was finally my turn. Then they dismissed me within 10 seconds saying they “don’t do that anymore”.

No sense of urgency at all. 3 people working but the one gal helping customers was clueless and needed help finding every prescription. Kept walking away saying she’ll be back, taking random water breaks, and stopping what she was doing to quote movies? When I finally left the store I saw the drive through line wrapping to the street.

How can they be SO slow???
