They are inept, can't do financials worth a darn, they don't follow through, they leave everything of importance to the COA board. We've had several managers, each of which is worse than the last-complaining all the time that there's too much work for them. Beware--they need a LOT of oversight.

CWD is a Condo Association Management company and a decent one, best we have had. They are of course under staffed and are more expensive than some other ones, but they know the laws and work with the Board. They have helped us in a complex legal issue and are doing a good job.

Downright criminals. I scheduled my move from one of the properties they manage the correct way. My movers were contracted through my work, and for liability reasons, they have to both pack and ship my belongings. I told CWD that I only control the day, not the time they show, and that they would most likely take the morning to pack, and the afternoon to load their truck. The representative on the phone was reasonable enough, but still would not “schedule” my move for the entire day (which was on a weekday so not many people are out and about anyways). He said he could only schedule half a day. Fair enough, so I scheduled the back half 12-5pm as that’s when the movers should be done packing and moving things tho their truck. I was told by the representative that everything would be fine. The movers came and as they packed, they moved a couple of boxes downstairs with professional dollies (big rubber wheels) in the morning to make space for packing the rest of my apartment. CWDs representative arrived late (1230-1pm) and sat by the front door on her phone after saying hi. Following the completion of my move, a couple days later my landlord and I found out that CWD is 1) fining me for moving items prior to my scheduled move time in the afternoon and 2) charging me for “damaging” the PUBLIC elevator floor. The building has carts in the garage with tougher wheels than the professional dollies my movers used. They’ve shown no proof how we damaged the elevator but claim it was us. They are using me as a scape goat to pay for their repairs. Never trust these people, never work with these people, and never live in a residence run by this criminal organization. I can’t remember the last time I wrote a review on google, but people need to know how corrupt this business is. Shame on them.
