This nurse practitioner is apathetic and uninterested in getting to the root cause of an apparent physical issue with her patients. She is most interested in getting you out of the office as quickly as possible by utilizing useless treatments and exiting the room before you can ask any questions or review all symptoms. Unable to multitask or show empathy. She has an inability to research internally to find that the results she needs, to determine potential illness, are there in her office.

Do not go to Cynthia Fiacco. Went in for an annual physical. She was extremely rushed and I saw her for less than 10min. She went through my medical history casually asking questions and charged me for a completely additional visit that I never requested or agreed to. It was not covered by my insurance and the bloodwork she ordered for me was not within the scope of annual bloodwork and definitely not covered. I’m having to dispute it now which is a nightmare. Around $800 for everything which was supposed to be a simple physical and preventative bloodwork. Never going back.
