Over the years, we've had numerous individuals work on our heating system. Carson was highly skilled and courteous. He broke down everything for me in a way that was easy to grasp, without any hint of condescension. We look forward to using Cypress HVAC Proz again in the future. We've already enrolled in their routine maintenance program. Update: Kaleb stopped by to figure out why our heater wasn't emitting warm air. By the time he departed, the heater was functioning properly and I was informed about some crucial and necessary upgrades that had to be implemented. This wasn't done in an intimidating or forceful manner. Instead, it was done gently with photos and factual information. We were presented with several options to pick from, so we didn't feel overwhelmed. kaleb was very knowledgeable, and anyone who has him service their heating system won't be let down.

I had a new furnace fitted by Cypress HVAC Proz. The improvement in my home's heating system was remarkable. Carson and his team had to come back three times after the installation as my home wasn't warming up to my liking. Each time I contacted them, they made my request a priority, even though I felt like I was inconveniencing them. They consistently provided outstanding service, and their positive attitude was commendable. Today, they finished the last adjustments for me. I'm thrilled with the results of using this service. I would suggest them to anyone in need of furnace repair services. A big thank you to Francis, Mike, and the team for their help during what I know is a busy time for them.

Cypress HVAC Proz provided exceptional service! Kaleb, the technician who was assigned for our heat pump's annual maintenance, was not only friendly but also meticulous in his work. He went the extra mile by taking before and after photographs of our heat pump while cleaning it, and offered useful advice on how to maximize the efficiency of our 15-year-old system. I was particularly impressed with their use of technology, they kept me updated about their arrival time and appointment confirmations, and they even emailed a digital copy of my receipt along with the photographs. I highly endorse them and I am extremely satisfied with their courteous service. And just for the record, my dog was quite fond of Kaleb - he's absolutely great with dogs!
