Not only did they bait and switch me with the price over the phone vs what they said in store but when I got my 1400 dollar rug back it was completely destroyed. Im debating taking them to court but im pretty sure this review will do them more harm! Don't Take Your Rug Here, The Bring It In For 20% Discount Is A Scam!

Excellent company. I purchased a vintage woolen Karastan rug that needed to be cleaned before I could use it in my home. I initially reached out to a local carpet cleaning company who picked up the rug but then returned it without cleaning as they stated the rug’s natural dyes bled easily. I saw DA Burns mentioned on antique rug cleaning blog and reached out to them. Their team arrived promptly to pick up the rug. They offered additional services including deodorizing and stain protection. The rug is now gleaming. I will definitely be using them for future needs!

Always great service- they even help with unloading right away! our go-to place for cleaning couch cushions & rugs (pet accidents). We lived in Ballard for many years and moved out of the neighborhood but still use DA burns because they are the best
