I inquired about a Rental and asked many questions about rent amount ,bills etc.spoke with the person in charge of listings went next day to turn in application Another young lady told me the price had went up basically not same information it just wasn’t rite .Plus Bakersfield is Raising rental prices due to people moving here from other counties even in the Ghetto .Management companies and Some Private owners aren’t rite especially for the areas where rentals are .

I would definitely recommend D Best Realty Inc! As an out of town property owner, they make me feel at ease knowing that I can call them and actually get an employee on the phone and not a machine with a million options. I have been satisfied with the services they have provided to me for over 6 years now.

Dont consider renting from this property management trust me you will be dodging a bullet (BEN) is an Absolute lunatic and very unprofessional he will do anything to rob you of your money. Him and his maintenance crew are a complete JOKE. You will be lucky if they even come and make repairs that you put work orders in for. They either wont show up or you will have to call every week everyday until they come out not to mention they speak little to no english. They could careless about tenants and BEN treats people with no respect and will belittle you any chance he gets. Looking forward to moving out as soon as possible! Save yourself time and money and do not rent from this place. They need to change their name because they are NOT dbest!!
