We had a long-standing problem with the plumbing under the sink in the powder room. Instead of consulting a professional (like Don!) the problem was covered up with various tape and spray fixes. Needless to say, the problem just got worse. Finally it escalated to the point that the pipes were no longer connected to the plumbing at the wall. My husband was going to fix it himself, but fortunately soon realized it was not a job for him.
He selected D & M Plumbing by searching the web for local plumbing contractors. It was the best decision he could have made!
Don responded to his call, and gave him an estimate over the phone. The estimate was quite reasonable (and we were really not expecting that the repairs would be at all affordable to have done by a licensed plumber) Once Don arrived, we found him to be both friendly and professional. He was not judgmental at all about the very obvious "quick fixes" that we had employed to deal with our plumbing issues. He merely summed up what needed to be done, told my husband what parts were needed, and quickly solved our plumbing dilemma. It is wonderful to be able to use the sink again, and even nicer to no longer have to worry about any leaks under the sink! We are very grateful for Don's plumbing expertise, and hope to call him again for other plumbing repairs around our house.
