As I was away for training in the military my wife noticed a slow leak of antifreeze so I had her bring it in to D&S Autocare. They found a leak in a hose, replaced the hose ($500+dollars later). Drives the car full of kids two hours down the road when the car overheated and looks under the hood to find they did not put the clamps on the hose to make sure it stays connected. They “reimbursed” us for the three gallons of fluid she had to walk and get but they should be reimbursing us for the whole amount. Don’t trust them with fixing simple things on your car.

Customer service is poor. Called their front desk lady twice for two separate quotes. Both times I could hear her eating over phone, seemed bothered I even called, and was disinterested in answering or finding answers to my questions.
I came in person and talked to a mechanic who could answer them all. He is the only reason for the two stars.

Been going to D&S AutoCare for at least 6 years and every time I’ve been, they are so professional and kind. Just like family. In fact, when I told them one day I went somewhere else out of convenience they were a little sad lol. They really care about you and your vehicle and doing things right!
