I went in the flower shop literally at the last minute and I needed to buy flowers for someone special in my life. The flower shop was short on staff at the time but after hearing my situation they went out of their way to make the flower delivery on time. God bless the young Lady that helped me and the team. Great job guys, thank you for understanding people's feelings.

My friend received a very expensive floral arrangement that included roses and various other flowers. After two days the roses had not bloomed and were turning brown and dying. She contacted the florist and they were willing to exchange the flowers with a smaller arrangement and they required the return of the first arrangement. This was unacceptable. My friend will never use this florist again nor recommend them.

I place an order for a delivery to a friend's home in Fountain Valley. I ordered on August 26 for delivery on Sept. 3. The bill was $84. The flowers never arrived. I called the shop three days later. The man who answered the phone was RUDE! He was snippy and wouldn't even apologize for not delivering the flowers. He claimed he couldn't find the address on Maps. That's an outright fabrication! It's clearly on Maps at a residence that is in a regular suburban neighborhood including a photo of the house. I asked for my money back and he hung up the phone!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would NOT recommend this company for flower delivery!!!!!!
