Colette was amazing in helping my Fiancée choose a ring for me. She remembers you even after it’s been a few months since you have been in the store. The owner is equally as great offering us assistance in the event our ring would have not been available by our wedding date. I could not be happier with the ring and customer service I received at this location.

My fiancee' and I LOVE Dacels. The entire staff is especially nice and inviting from the moment you walk in the door. Each time we came in with our son they always talked to him and gave him lollipops. We searched everywhere to find the perfect engagement/wedding band set and could not find it anywhere, but Dacels took the time to meet with us several times to literally build my dream rings -which wasn't a ring you could purchase anywhere. Each time we were there we worked with Rob and he was fantastic and answered all our questions, which I always had a lot of. From the first appointment to the very last each time they offered to clean our rings and they always looked absolutely gorgeous. We purchased our engagement ring, and weddings bands from here and I also trusted them with my favorite piece of jewelry (a family ring that used to be my mothers) and they basically brought it back to life! They always made time for us and even saw us once "after hours". Always prompt and finished everything faster then the planned returned dates which were already fast. We will ONLY be going here for any future jewelry needs.

I don't know where to begin. It feels like going home when I walk through the front door. I am recognized, and greeted by name. They all know my kids (all 7 of them) and they have worked miracles for me. My fiance and I spent over a year designing and re-designing (because it wasn't "sparking joy") and Dave wouldn't let me have just "good enough". He knew I was only going to do this once and he wanted me to have joy every time I looked at my ring. They were all patient with me and the end result is exponentially better than I had ever envisioned. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my ring, and all of the experiences we had with everyone at Dacels! They will be the only jeweler I will ever use. Go to them. Don't shop around. Just go now!
