I absolutely love how they cut my hair here and I'm very disappointed that I'll have to stop going because I can't trust the hair dressers. I've recently received a hair cut and paid part in cash and part in visa. I wanted $5 to come from the visa. I vaguely remember that half the receipt was folded behind the desk so i purposely wouldn't see it, so it's my fault for signing the receipt and not checking the value on it. Honestly, I didn't think I had to. It wasn't until I looked on my account a few days later that I realized $10 were taken out and not $5 like I had requested, but still paid the same amount in cash. It's not so much about the extra $5. It's about the fact that the hair dresser helped herself to my money and hoped I didn't notice. I feel very disrespected because I have been going there for at least 6 years, but it taught me to be more aware. I will now be looking for another place.
