From booking the appointment to completion of job…a very smooth process. Jenner was friendly and professional and knows a lot about carpets and upholstery. In phone and email communications he was on it, got back quickly and respectfully. The real deal!

I am completely satisfied with the cleaning job that Joe did today. He was on site, ready to get busy at the top of their arrival window. I had all of my rooms done, carpet and tile. My tile has never been professionally cleaned in the time I have lived there. Boy, What a difference!! I wish that I did before/after pics. My only complaint is that I never got my Dad joke…you guys owe me 2 the next time 😆

Jenner was easy and quick to communicate with. Like any solid business he guarantees his work, and came back the next day to touch up heavy traffic spots that I thought might still be dirty. Although he was confident it was simply break down of fibers and being matted down giving it a different color, he re-did it no questions asked. Fast and professional. Would use again.
