The repair guys are great. The lady who answered the phone to schedule the time was extremely rude. She said she has the guys in the valley today so they may be able to stop by. My fiancé asked if she could call him or send a text to let him know if they would be coming by due to I was home with newborn twins and dogs that bark like crazy so and I wanted time to get them outside etc.. they showed up without my knowledge no call or text. My fiancé called her and asked why a call was not placed. She said she doesn’t recall having this conversation with him..! He said well we did and hopefully next time you follow through what is promised. She said in hostile tone “ I hope we never have to come to your house again” she is completely unprofessional and I will make sure to tell every person I know about this. Very poor customer service!

Great service! They came and fixed my recliner the day that I called. It was a super fast fix, so they didn't even charge me anything. No one walks in the door anymore without charing you $50. This was a wonderful surprise. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend Dad's Mobile Furniture Repair to my friends.

I had Dad's Mobile Furniture Repair come out for warranty repair on a sectional. Megan was very polite and professional on the phone. Jeff and Josh (hopefully I have their names correct) came out and made the repair quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
