Came here with some friends to try and really liked the dishes. I ordered the premium beef and rice noodles which came with the noodles on the side and the other small plates.
This place doesn't get as busy as Ten Second Yunnan Rice Noodles which makes it a good spot to enjoy a sit down meal.
I normally start off with pouring the small plates in and then placing the noodles in while it's hot. That way the flavor can combine and the noodles can cook a little. At the bottom of the bowl was a large portion of the premium beef. I was quite shocked at how much was inside.
Aside from the meal, our waitress was very kind and waited for us to finish eating/talking before closing up for the night.
Best Yunnan mixian / rice noodles in Seattle! New spot in Chinatown. The ingredients come in a pretty 9 slot box. We ordered the pork bone soup and the original - both were delicious!
The friend chicken katsu was very tender and juicy too.
