Greg Olsen did an incredie job on my bass. I enlisted his service to put in a preamp, pick up, and set up. He was incredibly quick in getting the job done and went above and beyound fixing little things I did not even notice. If you need any work done on your instruments, you will no one better!

Standard covid prevention - masks, hand sanitizer, social distancing, etc. I felt perfectly safe.
Friendly guys with an amazing shop. I went to get my Martin worked on and they also make their own autoharps?? Lots of other stringed instruments that I did not expect to see (citar, oud, etc) Super awesome shop if you get lucky enough to get a tour.

My first experience buying from these guys has been a little frustrating. Some items were missing from my order and, being on the other side of the planet, it’s been a long wait for them to arrive. On the plus side, they were quick to get the missing parts in the mail and are really great with giving advice/help if you run into trouble (and Pete’s youtube videos on how to restring are very helpful). It’s a specialist area and they are definitely experts.
