Update: 7/8 2024, I have called multiple times to speak to a manager and have stopped by once and manager wasn't available. No contact has been had with this branch, on their end, and yet they leave a comment... wow...
All other mistakes made tonight aside... like forgetting my milkshake that I had to come back for and the gravy that Bill Cosby could have sold as jello jigglers.
If someone orders a burger WITHOUT cheese and you have to remake it, its probably not a good idea to scrap off the cheese and throw it back on the burger! You didn't even do a good job of hiding it. Cheese still all over the edges and across the whole burger.... DO BETTER!!!
This location literally just turned me away just shy of 40 minutes until closing. I came here at 9:25pm to order a banana split, and sat in my car while waiting for the line to disperse. At 9:28pm I got out of my car and walked up to the window, whilst doing so they turned the sign off as well as the exterior lighting. I was straight refused an order or an audience by the staff. And any further attempts to communicate were met with cold shoulders (ie: shrugging, or waving "I don't know, or oh well").
I get it's a Friday night but they seen me pull in, and knew I hadn't ordered. And decided to close well before they were advertising. My girlfriend and I are so very disappointed as well love DQ and were REALLY looking forward to our Friday night treat.
