We were told to park and they would bring out our chicken order, but ot ended up taking much longer while waiting at the counter...as we left, I noticed an employee was taking a smoke break when they were very busy. Another lady had ro walk in to the counter as well, waiting longer than we did as she was running late for work. The counter had a box pallet. In the way and the employee tripped over it. It just felt disorganized and they were doing the best they knew how. Next time we'll just order the delicious dipped cone. I just don't think everyone was working as a team at 11am ish
This may be my favorite Dairy Queen if I could get hot fudge inside my hot fudge shake! Please add hot fudge inside the shake, not chocolate syrup, when requested! We ordered flame-broiled hamburgers that were surprisingly tasty! We also indulged in hot fudge sundaes and strawberry sundaes with DQ sprinkles! Customer service was a little slow but worth the wait! It’s just food and its quality compared to other fast food chains in the Marysville area. DQ has been my “fast food choice.”
