Terrible experience with manager. 75% of our order was wrong and she was not hospitable at all. Tried to blame postmates, but it was not their fault that they skimped on items, made them wrong, salad was just a few pieces of iceberg lettuce that smelled weird and didnt include sauces we ordered etc. They can do much better with better management.

The bread was smashed, soggy. The line was super long. Took 35 mins to get through the drive through. Wasn't given a receipt and told "sorry" when I asked for one. It was a $60.00 order! Won't be back. Super disappointed.

Slow service. Never very friendly. Not focused on delighting customers. Pricing keeps going up (more so than just about anywhere else) but service and value keep declining.
It does always seem clean at least.
