This has got to be the worst DQ location in WA. They take forever and the ice cream is always already almost melting once you get your order. Overpriced as well. I’ll stick to Baskin Robins & Coldstone

Place is fine, but it takes forever and is not clean at all. 20 minutes for 2 ice creams and a small blizzard when there’s no one there. Food on the floor, mops and brooms in the floor with employees walking over them, wrong orders. No one there wanted to be there, or even attempted to care about anyone or the cleanliness of the place.

Slow, slow, slow. I would understand if they seemed short handed, but there were plenty of people working. Everything melting by the time I got my order. And it was wrong. Any time I’ve been in there, it’s been filthy. If you really like DQ, it would be quicker to drive to Renton, Maple Valley, or Auburn.
