Horrible service, 5-6 employees (all maybe 20? not a capable adult in sight) just standing around eating ice cream but apparently not a single one knows how to take an order? I stood there for 5 solid minutes while they're literally just stood around talking and kept looking at me but couldn't bother to take an order. Tables were filthy, not a single one was clean; same goes for the floor. I most certainly won't be back

If I can give zero stars I would.I am a door dasher there was plenty of other dashers waiting as well. this place set aside the orders and kept taking other orders of people who kept walking in this was the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been too aside from the waiting they are so unprofessional people not knowing where they are supposed to be I know when busy it gets frustrating but one employee got mad because he was repeating a order that he left to the back instead of getting his stuff together to get the rest of the orders out this place was messy and overall the worst place ever, all employees need to get there stuff together

The place is a bit run down. There were only 3 people working so it was a LONG wait, the staff was friendly, but my order was completely wrong. Good thing I don't live in the area and that will be my one and only visit.
