Slow and disorganized, waiting 25 min for order that was overlooked. Place was dirty, not a clean table anywhere. Going to Mcd next time.

My partner and I have visited this Dairy Queen a handful of times in the past month or so while staying in Raymond. We both work in the food service industry and have for years so we are generally very patient and understanding when it comes to errors in orders or mistakes. They happen. With that said, it has yet to fail that every single time we have been in or used the drive thru there is an issue. We usually just order Blizzards. The only consistent thing we've come to depend on is seeing food wasted when the orders are not made correctly. We've watched them make it wrong and thrown out over and over again. Just to drive home to enjoy our treat and find that it's still wrong. Wrong flavor, wrong ingredients, not mixed well leaving half of the mix in's all on the top and all soft serve on the bottom. We've mentioned it politely when coming in, never asked for our money back or made a big deal, no compensation has ever been offered. Let alone an effort to assure accuracy. It's very frustrating. The over all service is kind but there seems to be some room for improvement in training the staff to read tickets or know how to follow directions. At the least you could maybe offer the mistakes for free vs just throwing them out. Small gestures can insure return customers, just saying.

I come here too often, ordering a blizzard and sometimes a chicken strip basket. I am almost always getting exactly what I ordered sometimes even an extra chicken strip! The bad reviews shock me, they must not be going while Marline is working.
