I took my niece to the Dairy Queen in Omak wa. When we arrived the drive there was moving slowly but no problem. We finally get to order our food and it all seemed normal. We get to the window, I pay and ask if we can have ranch with one of our meals. The girl at the window just shuts the window, runs my card then opens the window and says “do you want ranch instead of gravy or both” o say instead of and she shuts the window again. While we’re waiting the 10 minutes it takes to get our food my niece takes a drink of her mt dew, but it’s lemonade she said she’d deal and so we wait. Hearing the employees laughing but never being checked on. We are finally handed our food and the window just shuts once again. As we drive away my niece opens her meal and there is gravy. No ranch. As I go to lift the cheese out of my bag with my pretzels the lid isn’t on and I spill hot cheese on my hand. I didn’t go back at this point because they wouldn’t care anyway and it would be another half an hour of waiting. I’ve never had worse service.

Food is amazing but they NEVER get my order right and the employees are always vaping.

This place sucks. An hour waiting in line then they apparently don't even get your order. Save your self the hassle and go elsewhere. Even if it's mcdonalds.
